History
Left Tandjiong Priok 23 February 1942 and came to Australia. During 1942-45 she served as a workhorse in the shuttle to Papua New Guinea. She survived the war and was returned to KPM. She carried 700 Tasmanian Diggers from Darwin to Koepang in Timor to be present at the local Japanese surrender ceremony and take over that part of the island. She made 3 trips to Darwin.,
