History

Requisitioned on 23 January 1942 by the Royal Australian Navy butwas never commissioned. Built as a scow she first saw service with the Swan Brewery Company and later sold to the Yampi Sound Mining Company which transported iron ore from the port of Koolan Island off the West Australian coast to Derby. She was blown ashore in a storm on 11 April 1943 without casualties and was assessed as irrepairable and later salvaged in October 1945 and sold for £15/10/-.,
