Proposed Planning Scheme Amendments and Exceptional Development Permits In 2020-21 the Planning Commission conducted hearings and reported to the Minister on seven proposals (Refer Table 2). Additionally, the Planning Commission provided the Minister with reports on seven proposals that were exhibited but did not require hearing (refer Table 3).
