1 | NORTHERN TERRITORY PLANNING COMMISSION Letter to the Minister Dear Minister, 202021 Annual Report Northern Territory Planning Commission I am pleased to present you with the annual report for the Northern Territory Planning Commission for the 2020-21 financial year. Under section 81Y of the Planning Act 1999, the Chairman must prepare and give to the Minister a report on the performance of the Planning Commission against its functions during each financial year. The report must be given to the Minister by 31 October following the end of the financial year. As the responsible Minister, you are required to table a copy of the report in the Legislative Assembly within six sitting days of receiving the report.
