History
The 42 Camp Hospital arrived in Darwin on the Zealandia, 6 February 1942. They then made their way to Adelaide River. The 119 AGH took over the Adelaide River site and the 42 Camp Hospital was moved to Berrimah for several weeks before moving back to Adelaide River. In April 1942, they were assigned the task of setting up a new site at Mataranka.,
