Edwin Verburg Bridge over Adelaide River.
This bridge was opened in 27 March 1980 to replace the former low level, Stuart Highway crossing. During floods, road traffic was diverted across the high level railway bridge which was constructed circa 1888. Edwin Verburg was an Adelaide River farmer.,
