Abstract
Executive Summary
Mapping the Future is a five-year (2018-22) program funded by the Northern Territory Government to undertake water, land, soil and biodiversity assessments in areas with high development potential.
The goal of these studies is to support sustainable development of natural resources and to de-risk
investment.
This biodiversity report is one of several technical reports describing the biophysical resources
of the Western Davenport area, the others addressing water availability and agricultural land
suitability. An accompanying summary report provides an integrated overview of the soil, land and
water resources and biodiversity values, providing insight into the overall development potential
of the study area.,
