Northern Territory Government Gazette No. G32, 10 August 2022 Page 5 Chenonetta jubata Maned Duck (also known as Wood Duck) Dendrocygna arcuata Wandering Whistling Duck (also known as Water Whistle Duck) Dendrocygna eytoni Plumed Whistling Duck (also known as Grass Whistle Duck) Malacorhynchus membranaceus Pink-eared Duck Part C Conditions 1 If an animal of a species of protected wildlife specified in Part A or B (the designated species) is within an area of land that is public land, a person may only kill the animal during the period from 21 September 2022 to 9 January 2023 and between the following times: (a) 6:00 am to 7:00 pm on each day in the period starting on 21 September 2022 and ending on 30 September 2022; (b) 6:00 am to 7:00 pm on each day in October 2022; (c) 5:50 am to 7:15 pm on each day in November 2022; (d) 5:50 am to 7:30 pm on each day in December 2022; (e) 5.50 am to 7.30 pm on each day in the period starting on 1 January 2023 and ending on 9 January 2023. 2 If an animal of a designated species is within an area of land that is private land, a person may only kill the animal: (a) if the person is not the owner of the land with the prior permission of the owner of the land; and (b) during the period from 15 August 2022 to 9 January 2023 and between the following times: (i) 6:30 am to 7:00 pm on each day in the period starting on 15 August 2022 and ending on 31 August 2022; (ii) 6:00 am to 7:00 pm on each day in September 2022 and October 2022; (iii) 5:50 am to 7:15 pm on each day in November 2022; (iv) 5:50 am to 7:30 pm on each day in December 2022;
