7 This complexity of clients issues also points to the capacity needed within TSP teams in terms of skills, experience and qualifications, as well as the organisational and resourcing supports required to deliver a quality service that is responsive, appropriate and safe. We hope the findings and subsequent opportunities stemming from the review will inform Specialist Homelessness Services design discussions between NT Shelter, Homelessness Service providers and the Northern Territory Governments Department of Territory Families, Housing and Communities. We thank Cath Holmes Consulting for the work she has put into this important document. NT Shelter would also like to thank the tireless TSP workers and especially those people with a lived experience who shared their stories so that we could learn and improve our work. The report will be available from the NT Shelter website once it has been distributed to stakeholders. If you would like to receive a copy please contact admin@ntshelter.org.au Sharing the Couch In addition to the Simon Quilty interview we linked above, this month we also spoke with Anglicare NT CEO Dave Pugh. He told Peter about his career journey, and shared his thoughts on the importance of keeping your sense of self as you navigate working in the Territory, and kindness. Have a listen to their chat here.
