The 2022 Community Directory is now open for advertising your business. Should you wish to advertise, or update your listing please following this link and complete the form and email into Council for updating. COUNCIL'S COMMUNITY LIBRARIES COMMUNITY LIBRARIES Council this month has lost a few staff members, having moved onto bigger and better things, we wish you well Bek & Fiona in your future endeavours. Miss Helen and Mr Lance have taken the opportunity to formalise their roles with Council and have accepted part time employment in our Libraries. We have also employed 2 new librarians that will be starting in the next few weeks. When you see Bev and Maryna, please make them feel welcome in their roles, as they settle in! It has been a busy month in our libraries, with reorganising of shelving getting ready for annual book orders to come in, we have ordered a variety of books for adults, teens and children - look out for them when they arrive! Some fun has been had breaking in the new Lego, with a mini competition held when it was first unveiled, see below for some photos! Should we not have a book you may be looking for, please ask your friendly Community Librarians to help secure the book! Through our Community Libraries, we also have access to digital audiobooks, Miss Linda certainly enjoys listening to these on her long drives! Please also ask your friendly Library staff how to access these.
