Councils Feedback Process If you choose to raise concerns (or compliments) to Council you are requested to write to the Chief Executive Officer outlining the details. There are two (2) forms on the Coomalie Council website; one is for complaints about dogs and the other is for general complaints. Council Meetings Council Meetings are generally held on the third Tuesday of each month and are open to the public, but are closed for any confidential sessions. Just a reminder, if you would like an article published, please email it to Stop Press by the 20th of each month. Each month we start with a clean canvas without articles being rolled over. Registerd dogs are kept for 3 days and unregistered dogs kept for 2 days. Unregistered dogs must be registered before being released from the Pound.
