Abstract
This report documents the results of a regional methane survey that occurred from the 14th to 21st of June 2022 across the Beetaloo Sub-basin in the Northern Territory. The survey undertaken as part of the Strategic Regional Environmental and Baseline Assessment (SREBA), collected measurements which were representative of the dry season. The survey covered most of the public roads in the SREBA Beetaloo study area including the Stuart Highway as far south as Renner Springs and the Buchanan, Buntine and Victoria Highways in the west to near the edge of the SREBA Beetaloo study area on the Carpentaria Highway in the east. The survey also covered large areas of tracks on private cattle stations in the south of the Sub-basin.,
