Abstract
The strategy is simple. With hard work and a sense of urgency, by doing business differently, by pushing hard every day, we will lift the Territory to a $40 billion economy by 2030. The ascent has begun. We have seen urgency with which the Territory Economic Reconstruction Commission responded to its mission, bringing out both an interim and final report within six months. My government received the final report on the last day of November 2020 and accepted all its recommendations the following day. That moment marked our arrival at base camp and the true beginning of our journey to 2030. There are no shortcuts on the way to our target, only better ways to make the climb.,
