Fifteen skilled Aboriginal dancers chosen from widely scattered parts of the NT perform age-old tribal dances before a Japanese audience on the Festival Plaza at Expo 1970. The dancing troupe, performing for the first time outside Australia, attracted extensive publicity in the Japanese press and television, and fascinated Expo audiences.
