This illustrated field guide gives an introduction to the identification of some common pests, beneficials, diseases and disorders of mangoes in northern Australia (Northern Territory, northern Queensland and northern Western Australia). The field guide also includes a description of several beneficial insects and spiders, as well as some nutritional and physiological conditions that may be confused with pest or disease symptoms.
The information in the field guide is the best available at the time of publication and includes some life cycle development times that have been approximated for conditions across northern Australia. These will vary according to climatic conditions, human influences and environmental factors.,
