This document comprises the second report of the benthic sediment surveillance monitoring sub-program within the Darwin Harbour Integrated Marine Monitoring and Research Program (IMMRP). It reports on concentrations of metals and metalloids (hereafter metal(loid)s from a suite of 141 sites across the Inner and Outer Harbours and makes comparisons to concentrations from 2022. The metal(loids) included aluminium (Al), arsenic (As), cadmium (Cd), copper (Cu), iron (Fe), lead (Pb), manganese (Mn), nickel (Ni), silver (Ag) and zinc (Zn). The Cu-Pb-Zn mean enrichment quotients (MEQCuPbZn) used in the 2024 Darwin Harbour Integrated Report Card were derived from this dataset and the methods and results are described in this report. This document also reports on the concentrations of mercury (Hg) and semi-volatile total recoverable hydrocarbons (svTRH) from 48 sites in the Outer Harbour. The svTRH fractions include >C10-C16, >C16-C34, >C34-C40 and the >C10-C40 sum referred to as svTRH. Samples for total organic carbon (TOC) were collected together with those for svTRH to normalise the concentrations.,
