Abstract
Ministers hold a position of public trust and must act with the highest ethical principles in their role to maintain the community’s confidence. The Northern Territory community rightfully expects Ministers to demonstrate exemplary standards of professional and personal conduct.
This Ministerial Code of Conduct (the Code) sets out the standards of conduct required of Ministers in performing their public duties and outlines the responsibilities and obligations of Ministers to govern in the best interests of the people of the Northern Territory.,
